P27: The idea of any affection of the human Body does not involve adequate knowledge of the human body itself.

Dem.: Any idea of any affection of the human Body involves the nature of the human Body insofar as the human Body itself is considered to be affected with a certain definite mode (see P16). But insofar as the human Body is an Individual, which can be affected with many other modes, the idea of this {affection} etc. (See P25 D.)
